Anil Kapoor was born on 24 December 1956 in Chembur, Mumbai, India, He is the second of four children. His elder brother Boney Kapoor is a film producer and younger brother Sanjay Kapoor is an actor. In 1984, he married Sunita Bhavnani Kapoor, a costume designer with whom he has two daughters and a son.
