As first reported by The Washington Post, President Trump has kept secret what was discussed in face-to-face encounters with Russian leader Vladimir Putin. Trump reportedly seized an interpreter's notes after a 2017 meeting in Hamburg and prevented readouts from reaching senior administration officials.
