North Korean delegation arrives in DC for talks over a second Trump-Kim summit

Top envoy Kim Yong Chol is expected to meet US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on Friday as talks about ending the North Korean nuclear program continue. After Trump's summit with Kim Jong-un last year, the president said the nuclear threat from North Korea was over, but the Trump administration has since said the reclusive state has not taken “concrete steps” to dismantle nuclear weapons.
