   Tear gas used against protesters in South Sudan


Sudanese security forces fired tear gas on Sunday at protesters blocking roads and bridges in the city of Omdurman. Protests against President Omar al-Bashir have raged in the country since December as the country's economy has continued to decline. President Bashir has been in power since the 1980s.
