Banksy artwork sold for a lower offer in exchange for keeping it in Wales

The artwork appeared on the side of a garage in Port Talbot, Wales, in December last year. The owner of the structure, Ian Lewis, turned down higher offers for the piece, instead of selling it for a six-figure sum to collector John Brandler who agreed to leave it where it is for the time being.
