'Tree man' who suffers from the incredibly rare disease will undergo more surgeries

Bangladeshi Abul Bajandar, widely known as the "tree man," suffers from a rare disease called epidermodysplasia verruciformis which causes large, heavy warts to grow on his hands and feet. In 2016 and 2017 he underwent several surgeries which gave him back the use of his hands, but he has presented himself at a hospital in Dhaka because the growths have returned.
