Rep. Tulsi Gabbard of Hawai'i will launch a presidential bid in 2020 in the coming week, she told CNN's Van Jones in a taped interview that will air on Sunday. Gabbard, an Iraq War vet whose foreign policy positions have raised eyebrows among progressives, is joining a growing Democratic field.
