Similarly, the Rasmalai or Rasgulla prepared in Bengal always tastes better when prepared there as compared to the rest of India. Rasmalai is basically a creamy and milky syrup that consists of Chenna (cottage cheese) balls. The syrup is purely made from milk, sugar, cream and saffron mixture.
